1. Copy jlowest/jrandom but change the pick function.
2. Save your file with your username as the filename.
3. Run interactive python and import your username.
4. This should have created a "username".pyc file.
5. Edit "ailist.txt" to include your username.
6. Run the referee.  For tourney include an argument.
