Students increase their oral proficiency skills through daily sustained use of the language in dialogues, discussions of current topics, short stories, and cultural studies. They present cultural projects orally in groups and individually. Writing skills are refined through compositions, journals and reports. Cultural knowledge is enhanced through research on topics of interest, oral presentations, and readings on history, customs, and contemporary life. Students will be assessed frequently to evaluate their spontaneous oral and written proficiency.
