Students continue to strengthen listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills with emphasis on speaking and listening. Through the study of contemporary media such as films and recordings, newspapers, magazines, and cultural studies, students refine their communicative skills and develop a more extensive vocabulary. Students also investigate the scientific and technological contributions of the target culture and read some technical material in the target language.
